Ran into several issues when I took my 2021 Seltos SX in for a tire replacement... the technicians forced my smart power tailgate open, loosened screws on the vanity, kept my spare tire and even installed a cheaper tire instead of the one i paid for. Kia definitely needs to step up their service game.
Lesson learned:
Always be extra careful at the dealership, because they often dont treat your car with the same care you would.

Unfortunately stuff like that happens more than it should. I think you should push back harder though especially on the spare and wrong tire.
